Lumi partners with Al Rajhi Bank to enhance customers’ experience through Mokafaa Loyalty Program

Lumi car rental company (“Lumi” or the “Company”), has signed a strategic partnership with Al Rajhi Bank in Saudi Arabia to introduce the bank’s Mokafaa Loyalty Program to customers. The agreement is part of Lumi’s drive to acquire new customers and retain loyalty.

The collaboration allows the bank’s customers to earn points through Lumi’s application and website. Additionally, Lumi’s customers will have the opportunity to accumulate points with every rental transaction and redeem them through Mokafaa Loyalty Program’s partners.

The Mokafaa Loyalty Program, which serves over 15 million members, is the largest loyalty program in terms of total reward value delivered to customers in the Saudi banking industry. Customers can use Mokafaa points to pay for items from a network of over 200 brands.

The loyalty experience is constantly improving to provide an enhanced experience to customers, who can easily visit points of sale and conduct purchases using in-app integrations to complete all Mokafaa transactions instantly.
