His Royal Highness the Prince of Riyadh Receives His Excellency the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Prince of Riyadh, received His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at his office in Al Hukm Palace in Riyadh.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary General expressed his appreciation for the support and attention given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince to the blessed journey of the Cooperation Council.

He also commended the directives provided by His Royal Highness the Prince of Riyadh, which have facilitated the work of the General Secretariat of the GCC and its offices operating in Riyadh.

Moreover, His Excellency emphasised that this support and backing enable the General Secretariat and all its staff to fulfill their duties and responsibilities in serving the GCC and achieving its blessed goals, under the guidance of Their Majesties and Highnesses, the leaders of the GCC countries.

During the meeting, several topics were discussed, and the joint GCC work within the framework of the Cooperation Council was reviewed, along with the achievements and gains made in various fields for the Council’s countries and their citizens.
