Tailored for those midday moments that deserve more than just a quick bite, this offering blend flavour, tradition, and finesse into every plate. Ideal for a solo indulgence or a polished business meeting, the thali is available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Each platter offers a well-balanced spread of rich curries, aromatic rice, freshly baked breads, and refreshing sides, curated to nourish and leave a lasting impression.
Vegetarian guests will begin with a flavourful Punjabi Paneer Tikka, tender cubes of homemade paneer marinated in spiced yoghurt and mustard oil, grilled with bell peppers for a smoky finish. The main course features comforting North Indian classics like the rich Paneer Butter Masala and Subz Handi Lazeez, a medley of seasonal vegetables spiced with cumin, kalonji, and coriander seeds. No thali is complete without the creamy, slow-cooked Dal Makhni, paired with fragrant vegetable pulao, refreshing raita, and freshly baked tandoori roti and naan.
