Licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, the service bundles flights, hotels, insurance, and the Saudi Package Visa into one online booking
webook.com Implements Saudi Package Visa For Seven Countries
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Sep 6, 2026 – Citizens of India, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Mexico can now book a trip to Saudi Arabia and receive their entry e-visa from the same place they bought the ticket. Webook.com launched the Saudi Package Visa on its platform, an online service that turns a flight, a hotel, and an optional event or experience into a single application, with visas issued in an average of 24 hours and delivered by email and in the app.
The service runs under the Package Visa pilot introduced in July 2026 by the Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority. webook.com is licensed to sell the package and submit applications directly for government verification. Travellers from the seven eligible countries, who are not covered by the standard Saudi tourist eVisa, previously needed an embassy visit or a third-party agent. Now the process is fully digital: choose a package, submit travel details, government verification, visa issued.
The rules are published up front. Packages must include a confirmed round-trip flight and a Ministry-licensed hotel rated four stars or higher, with a minimum package value of SAR 4,000. The visa and health insurance fee is SAR 402.21. Stays run from 2 to 90 days, one application can cover up to nine adults and five minors, and bookings must be completed at least 48 hours before departure. Events and experiences on webook.com can be added to any package as an optional extra. Visa issuance is not guaranteed and remains subject to review and approval by the competent authorities; full eligibility, pricing, cancellation, and refund terms are at webook.com/en/e-visa.
Nadeem Bakhsh, Co-Founder & CEO of webook.com said: “Saudi Arabia is building an events calendar the whole world is meant to attend. Selling tickets to that calendar was step one. Being licensed to get international fans through the airport is step two. We will keep taking the steps that turn a booking platform into the way people reach the Kingdom.”
The launch connects two things webook.com already does at scale. The platform sells tickets to Saudi Arabia’s largest sports and entertainment calendar, from Roshn Saudi League matches to Riyadh Season, and has offered flights and hotels since 2023. It has reached more than 18 million users across 180+ countries and processed over 25 million ticket bookings in the past year. Package Visa closes the last gap for an international fan: the right to enter.
More nationalities will be added as the programme expands. The Saudi Package Visa is available now at webook.com/en/e-visa and in the webook.com app.
