At Amanzoe, Greece, guests are invited to start each day like a champion through the half-day Building Mental Resilience programme, designed to enhance both physical and mental endurance through a range of unique sessions curated by Maria herself.

Celebrating 20 years in 2026, Amanyara will continue its work with world-class, visiting practitioners, offering transformative wellness experiences encompassing bodywork, sports performance and mindfulness. From 10-14 June 2026, an exciting new retreat, Depth of Breathing Discovery, will be led by freediving champion Alexey Molchanov and holistic wellness instructor Bea Minguez. The programme explores breath control as a tool for enhancing physical capability, mental clarity and inner transformation creating a challenging yet rewarding retreat harnessing decades of championship experience to expand awareness and foster resilience.
Also new for this year, the resort’s Padel offering has been expanded, with the introduction to three new courts, which are set to host the first Padel Legends Retreat, a first-of-its-kind pro-am exhibition for Amanyara, with more details set to be unveiled in due course. AMANERA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Amanera’s 2026 wellness programme continues to create a connection with mother nature, guided by the shamanic healing traditions of the Taínos. Through the new, Elemental Body Awareness experience, guests embark on a multi-sensory programme of movement and breathwork inspired by the four elements. Through grounding Pilates, they connect with earth; through fluid Vinyasa Yoga flows they connect with water; through invigorating breathwork they connect with fire; and through meditative sound healing they connect with air. Each phase awakens a distinct energy within the body, promoting deep awareness, tension release and inner harmony.
Until May, take part in an Ice Bath Recovery Retreat, led by Resident Wellness Specialist, Jonathan Loyola. A journey that blends somatic practices with calming modalities, participants progress through guided breathwork, meditation, ice bath immersion and concluding with Watsu therapy in warm water, welcoming profound relaxation, mobility enhancement and mental resilience.

Surrounded by the untouched wilderness of the Utah desert, Amangiri introduces a new three-night retreat, Longevity Powered by Nature, led by Buddhist Monk Geshe Yong Dong (Geshe La). Combining Tibetan Magic Movement, breathwork, chanting, mindfulness, yoga and spa therapies, the programme, set to take place from 7 – 10 May 2026, is designed to ground guests in the rhythms of nature, reconnecting them with the landscape and helping them harness the restorative powers of their otherworldly surrounds.

Aman Nai Lert Bangkok’s 1,500-square-metre Aman Spa & Wellness centre spans three floors and embodies the holistic Aman wellness philosophy in an urban setting.
At the heart of the centre is it’s Banya Spa House, the first of its kind in the city, featuring a traditional wood-clad sauna, a steam room with Vichy shower, a double treatment room, hot and cold plunge pools, and an expansive lounge that opens onto a private terrace. At the original Aman, soundtracked by whispering palms, holistic wellness takes on new meaning with Stem Cell Therapy now offered in its Medical Wellness Centre. In collaboration with Thanyapura, one of the island’s most revered health facilities, guests can support their body’s natural regeneration process by reducing inflammation and promoting longevity. In the process, ethically sourced UC-MSCs (umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells) are administered intravenously after a personalised consultation and necessary blood tests. The therapy targets areas of concern or injury, releasing growth factors to encourage healing and tissue renewal, with programmes overseen by qualified medical professionals.

A serene private island, Amanpulo welcomes 2026 with a series of enhancements and new treatments designed to support holistic rejuvenation in its tropical paradise. Its hilltop Aman Spa unveils new spaces, including a Weights and Strength Studio, and a Pilates Reformer Studio, with two private rooms for personal training. While spring focusses on liver health, summer nourishes the heart through back scraping and hand Bianstone moxibustion, a traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
