A Decade of Soul and Flavor: Mythos and Nola Celebrate 10 Years of Unmatched Dining Destination

 Two beloved Dubai institutions, Mythos Kouzina & Grill and Nola Eatery & Social House, mark a shared milestone this November as they each celebrate ten unforgettable years of flavor, community and charm. Together, they invite guests to join an immersive week-long celebration that blends the warmth of Greece with the rhythm of New Orleans, creating a cultural symphony of good food, good music and good company. 

The celebrations kick off on Wednesday, 19th November. At Nola, the soulful spirit of New Orleans comes alive through lush greenery, brass bands, and its signature easy-going charm. Guests will enter through the Immersive Bayou Entryway, setting the tone for a week of live music, theatrical hosting and a vibrant, Southern-inspired atmosphere. 

Throughout the week, guests can enjoy live DJs, the Nuvo Soul Band, and roaming brass quartets with spontaneous dancers bringing the city’s playful energy to life. A Tarot Reader will offer light, intuitive readings, and Nola’s Beignet & Bourbon Bar Cart will serve warm, sugar-dusted beignets paired with bourbon tastings — a sweet and spirited finale to the night. 

At Mythos, the evening comes alive with a Greek live band flown in from Greece especially for the occasion, accompanied by a live DJ and dancers to complete the festive spirit. Guests will enjoy baskets of artisanal koulouri, freshly baked sesame bread rings, and loukoumi, traditional Greek honey puffs, evoking the charm of a lively Greek street market. 

The highlight of the night is the Roaming Ouzo Ritual — an intimate tableside experience where an Ouzo expert shares the stories and traditions behind Greece’s most beloved spirit. Through pouring, storytelling and toasting, guests are invited to connect over the essence of Greek philoxenia — warm, heartfelt hospitality.

Both restaurants, under the creative culinary direction of Chef Ilias Kokoroskos, have curated special menus that celebrate their roots. Guests can enjoy New Orleans-inspired dishes at Nola and timeless Greek classics finessed with the Chef’s magic touch at Mythos complemented with signature anniversary cocktails.  

A decade on, Mythos and Nola have become more than dining destinations. They are places where moments turn into memories, where rhythm meets ritual and where the heart of hospitality continues to beat strong.  

This November, both venues raise a shared glass to ten years of stories, soul and celebration.

Every evening from November 19 to 22 and ends on Sunday 23rd of November with a special anniversary brunch to wrap up the week across both venues in Cluster P, JLT.
