GCC Secretary General Receives the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

His Excellency Mr. Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), received His Excellency Shaikh Nahyan bin Saif Al Nahyan, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on Monday (April 3, 2023), at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in Riyadh.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary-General congratulated His Excellency the Ambassador, on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless the countries of the Cooperation Council, and the countries of the world as a whole, in this holy month with security, safety, progress and prosperity.

During the meeting, the officials discussed aspects of enhancing efforts for the joint Gulf action course towards greater solidarity and interdependence within the framework of the Gulf system, in a way that implements the visions of Their Majesties and Highnesses the leaders of the GCC countries, and the aspirations of its peoples. Moreover, all issues related to the latest developments in the regional and international arenas were reviewed in the meeting.
