Midday at At.mosphere Lounge & Bar has its own rhythm. From Level 122 of Burj Khalifa, Dubai unfolds in daylight, its grid of towers and coastline laid out with a clarity that only this height can provide. It is here, above the noise of the city below, that the business lunch takes shape, a considered three-course menu built for guests who want their midday meal to feel as sharp and unhurried as the view.
Guests choose one dish per course. To start, a Golden Summer Salad of clementines and pumpkin seeds, a silken Burrata with strawberries and basil, or a Beef Carpaccio dressed in southern flavours. The main course carries the same quiet confidence, whether that is a Halibut Papillote lifted by virgin sauce and aromatic herbs, a Pan-Seared Striploin finished in its own juices, the Risotto “Riserva San Massimo” with morel mushrooms and arugula pesto, or a Chicken Breast “Milanese” under a Mediterranean crust. To close, a Pavlova with strawberry sorbet or a Chocolate and Caramel pot, rich, precise, and entirely worth the extra ten minutes at the table.
It is lunch reimagined for those who move fast but still want the moment to matter, plated with intent, served with a skyline that changes the meaning of a midday break.
