HE GCCSG Condemns in the Strongest Terms the Israeli Occupation’s Decision to Execute Palestinian Prisoners

His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), condemned in the strongest terms of denunciation the decision by the Israeli occupation forces to execute Palestinian prisoners.

His Excellency stated that this decision, issued by the Israeli Knesset, constitutes a flagrant violation and a breach of all international and humanitarian laws and norms.

He called upon the international community to fulfill its legal and humanitarian obligations to halt these illegal decisions and practices by the Israeli occupation forces, which represent a threat to the brotherly Palestinian people.

His Excellency reaffirmed the GCC’s steadfast and firm position in support of the Palestinian cause and the achievement of a solution based on ending the Israeli occupation and establishing an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
