Four Directions implements its expansion strategy at Cityscape Global 2025 with an agreement exceeding 600 million Riyals to redefine urban residential standards in Riyadh

This alliance aims to establish two real estate investment funds to develop two projects that set a new standard for luxury residential living in Riyadh: “Yamamah Hills” and “Yamamah Heights”, with total investments exceeding 600 million Saudi Riyals. This announcement reflects the company’s ability to transition from vision to execution, targeting the completion of the projects by 2028 as integrated urban and human assets.

The project is located in Al Rifa’ah district over an area of 58,841 square meters, and its design revolves around allocating over 50% of its area to open green spaces.
