Record Seven Saudi Players to Represent the Kingdom at 2025 PIF Saudi International as part of the WOW Festival, a highlight of the Riyadh Season 2025

The continued rise of Saudi golf will be on full display this week, as seven Saudi players earn their place in the field for The tournament will take place from November 19-22, 2025, at Riyadh Golf Club, once again uniting some of the game’s biggest stars with the Kingdom’s top talent.
Othman Almulla, Faisal Salhab, Khalid Attieh, Saud Al Sharif, Shergo Al Kurdi and two amateurs, Prince Khalid Al Faisel and Khalid Alqunaibit will represent Saudi Arabia at this year’s tournament, marking another significant step in the Kingdom’s journey toward growing the game of golf.
Almulla, Saudi Arabia’s first professional golfer, has played a key role in driving the growth of golf across the Kingdom and continues to be a leading ambassador for the sport. Before turning professional in 2019, he made history as the first Saudi golfer to win the Qatar Open an amateur tournament and qualify for a professional event the 2008 Qatar Masters. He was also the youngest golfer to win the Pan Arab Amateur Golf Championship at age 21.
Two-time winner of the Saudi International and major Champion, Dustin Johnson is joined by Masters Champions Sergio Garcia and Patrick Reed along with Open Champions, Louis Oosthuizen and Cameron Smith, former world No 1 Martin Kaymer and 2010 US Open Champion Graeme McDowell.
This year’s edition brings a new and exceptional twist, with the introduction of the WOW Festival — an immersive celebration combining world-class golf, luxury cars, and live music, offering a unique experience that blends sport, entertainment, and culture in one of the standout highlights of Riyadh Season 2025.

The tournament is the last of nine elevated events on The International Series calendar this season. The Asian Tour-sanctioned tournaments offer a direct pathway for players from all over the world onto the LIV Golf League. The champion of the season-ending International Series Rankings will secure a spot on the 2026 LIV Golf League roster.
This marks the second year the tournament will be held at Riyadh Golf Club, the home of Golf Saudi and is the Saudi capital’s premier golf course. Its par-72 championship course is set across 7,434-yards of undulating fairways and has played host to many of the Kingdom’s leading tournaments, including the Saudi Open presented by PIF, the Aramco Team Series Riyadh, and the Aramco Saudi Ladies International.
