Hilton is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Kladidis as Cluster General Manager for two of its most iconic Seychelles resorts: the secluded and romantic Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa, and the breezy, authentically Creole DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles – Allamanda Resort & Spa.
With a 17-year Hilton career spanning six countries and three continents, Kladidis is known for his agile leadership, operational creativity, and people-first culture. His mission in Seychelles is to guide a new era for the resorts — one that honours heritage, empowers teams, and reimagines traveler experiences.
“We are delighted to announce Jason’s appointment,” said Andreas Lackner, Vice President, Operations, Africa & Indian Ocean, Hilton. “Across his Hilton journey, he has consistently turned vision into results — empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and elevating guest experiences. We’re confident his approach will unlock new energy and purpose at both Northolme and Allamanda.”
At Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa, an adults-only retreat perched above Beau Vallon Bay, Kladidis will focus on enhancing the resort’s appeal through curated romantic experiences, wellness rituals, and elevated dining. At DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles – Allamanda Resort & Spa, his leadership will bring fresh energy to its local storytelling, nature-inspired offerings, and approachable charm, making it the top pick for travelers seeking warmth, value, and connection. “I’m honoured to lead the teams across these outstanding properties,” said Kladidis. “Northolme is where guests come to pause and reconnect in a setting that’s refined yet untouched. Allamanda is where Seychelles comes to life — vibrant, barefoot, and full of character. Our job is to build on that, with memorable touchpoints, community ties, and meaningful sustainability.”
A Hilton veteran, Kladidis began his journey in the company’s prestigious Elevator General Management Programme, gaining cross-functional experience before progressing through senior leadership roles in Cairo, Xi’an, Amsterdam, Addis Ababa, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi. Most recently, he was Hotel Manager of Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. His career spans Asia, the Middle East, and Europe — managing large-scale operations, leading diverse teams, and delivering strong commercial and cultural results across continents. He holds a BSc in International Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey and is fluent in English and Greek, with basic proficiency in Mandarin and Dutch; a multicultural approach that
continues to enrich both team dynamics and guest experiences.
