John Mayer confirmed for Saadiyat Nights 2026 in Abu Dhabi
The GRAMMY Award-Winning Artist will make his UAE Capital Debut on 24 January with a Night of Pop, Rock, and Blues under the Stars on Saadiyat Island

John Mayer, the seven-time Grammy Award–winning artist, will perform for the first time in Abu Dhabi as part of the 2025–2026 edition of Saadiyat Nights, the UAE capital’s flagship open-air concert series on Saadiyat Island.
Known for his soulful voice and acclaimed guitar work, Mayer will take to the stage on 24 January, bringing his signature blend of pop, rock, and blues to a magical night under the stars. With more than 20 million album sales worldwide, the American has captivated audiences with hits including Gravity, Your Body Is a Wonderland, Daughters, Slow Dancing in a Burning Room, and Waiting on the World to Change.
With his Abu Dhabi debut, Mayer joins an impressive line-up already confirmed for the three-month Saadiyat Nights festival of music and culture, organised by Experience Abu Dhabi, the destination brand of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi. Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi, who will perform on 10 January, Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi, scheduled for 17 January, and Latin pop icon Ricky Martin performing on 31 January were announced last week, with many more announcements to follow.
