The much-anticipated Constance Festival Culinaire returns for its 18th edition, promising another week of high-level gastronomy, artistry, and epicurean excellence. From 20th to 29th March 2025, Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice will once again transform into the ultimate stage for an extraordinary culinary experience.
Since its inception in 2006, the Constance Festival Culinaire has grown into an unmissable international event, drawing food enthusiasts, Michelin-starred chefs, and pastry virtuosos from around the world. This year, the festival continues its legacy of passion, creativity, and savoir-faire, bringing together elite chefs who will be paired with Constance Hotels & Resorts’ talented culinary teams from Mauritius, the Maldives, and the Seychelles.

This year’s festival will feature once again five competitions, nine special dinners and masterclasses led by world-class chefs. Hosted at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice, the event will allow all food lovers and Constance aficionados to be part of the excitement, as they will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite dishes and table settings online. The grand awards ceremony on 29th March will unveil the champions of this culinary showdown, celebrating talent, innovation, and artistry. Adding to the excitement, renowned personalities will be joining the festival. These include Manon Broutée, winner of the 11th season of Le Meilleur Pâtissier, and Federico Fusca, Italian Chef Influencer. From pastry expertise to gourmet storytelling and modern Italian cuisine, these influential figures will bring their unique perspectives to this celebration of culinary excellence.
