His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), expressed his condemnation and strong disapproval of the targeting of the Iranian Consulate building in the Syrian capital, Damascus, which resulted in casualties and injuries.
His Excellency emphasised the importance of adhering to international laws, treaties, and diplomatic immunities that call for the protection and preservation of diplomatic and consular missions.
