HE the GCCSG: The Embassies of the GCC Countries in the UK Play a Distinct and Important Coordinating Role in Unifying GCC Efforts and Visions

His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met with Their Excellencies the ambassadors of the GCC countries in the United Kingdom (UK) on the sidelines of his official visit to the UK on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. During the meeting, various topics, recent developments, and regional and international issues were discussed.

The meeting also reviewed the efforts of the GCC embassies in London and exchanged views with the aim of unifying and enhancing joint Gulf work, along with the contribution of the General Secretariat of the GCC in this regard.

His Excellency the Secretary General commended the active participation of the GCC embassies and their high level of coordination among themselves, particularly on issues that serve the interests of the GCC countries.

Moreover, he expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to the heads of the GCC missions and their staff for their significant diplomatic efforts.
