Guests can also enjoy a curated Ramadan refreshment, the Tamarindi, a fragrant blend of tamarind, lemon, apple, ginger and cardamom, followed by a thoughtfully crafted Dessert of the Day, offering a sweet conclusion to the evening.

Ramadan Iftar at Leña

This Ramadan, Leña invites guests to slow down, reflect, and share in the simple pleasure of breaking fast with those who matter most. From sunset onwards, the fire-driven steakhouse presents a thoughtfully curated Iftar menu, accompanied by live Arabic Qanun music on 20 February, designed to honour tradition while celebrating the joy of gathering around the table.

The evening begins with the comforting warmth of Medjool dates and Puchero Soup. Guests then enjoy a selection of starters crafted for sharing, including a vibrant Tomato Salad, smoky Babaganoush à la Leña, and crisp, golden Andalusian Croquettes.

At the heart of the table is Majboos Lamb Paella, created exclusively for Ramadan and inspired by the flavours of the region, blending aromatic Arabian spices with Leña’s signature Spanish influence. Guests can also choose Grilled Sea Bream with seasonal vegetables and citrus vinaigrette for freshness, or Pesto & Smoked Stracciatella Risotto for a rich, comforting contrast – all made to be enjoyed communally.

The experience concludes on a sweet note with Torta di Rose, Leña’s fragrant, rose-shaped signature dessert, offering an indulgent finish to the evening.

The experience opens with dates, dry fruits and soup of the day, before moving into a vibrant selection of street-food-inspired starters. Expect dishes such as Avocado Tzatziki with goat cheese and Greek yoghurt, indulgent BBQ Quesadillas with braised short ribs and Oaxaca cheese, and flavour-forward Dragon Shrimps with mango and wasabi, each bringing flavorful contrast to the table.

For mains, guests can enjoy a selection of comforting signatures including Steak Frites with black truffle butter, Lemon Chicken, or a rich Homemade Wagyu Bolognese with classic pappardelle. The Tamarindi refreshment also features at Le Petit Beefbar, followed by a Dessert of the Day that completes the experience with a sweet, elegant touch.

Rosa’s Thai

Rosa’s Thai is introducing a special Iftar menu at Dubai Hills Mall and JBR, priced at AED 85 per person. The set menu includes a starter, main and dessert, served with two dates and a drink.

Starters include Tom Yum or Tom Kha Soup, Papaya Salad, Cucumber Salad, Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay or Popcorn Shrimp. For mains, guests can choose from Pad Thai, Cashew Nut Stir Fry, Rosa’s Fried Rice, Green Curry or Red Curry, followed by Banana Fritters or Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. The menu is available for dine in and delivery throughout Ramadan.
